• My + icon is blinking. What does this mean?

  This means that Torix Wireless is trying to establish a connection via cable. If the + icon is consistently blinking, try to plug your USB-cable in another port or try another cable.

• My – icon is blinking. What does this mean?

  This means that Torix Wireless is trying to establish a connection via dongle. If the – icon is consistently blinking, try to plug your dongle in another port. If this does not work, you can try to re-pair your keyboard and dongle. Re-pairing a keyboard and dongle: 1. Plug the dongle into a USB-A port on your pc and keep the keyboard close by. 2. Long press the FN + the – button until the light starts to blink quickly 3. Wait until the – button stops blinking. Pairing is now complete

• My keyboard keeps losing connection or the connection is unstable.

  The wireless dongle may be receiving interference from nearby wireless signals. Try to plug your dongle in another port that is not close to other wireless receivers. If the problem persists, you can try to use the anti-interference cable (see extended manual for a detailed explanation). If you did not receive an anti-interference cable with your keyboard, please contact customer support.
